Introduction to Fitness:
Don’t miss our new course: ‘Introduction to Fitness’.
Starting on Sunday 12th March we are running a course of six classes introducing Fitness.
We aim to offer relaxed, friendly classes to help beginners, those returning from injury or as part of a route to weight loss.
As activity is essential to health, the course helps introduce participants to getting the body moving. Learn techniques & training methods to aid life fitness skills & discover the benefits of movement & training. Fitness will help strengthen & tone the whole body, assist weight loss & improve metabolic performance.
