Starting on Sunday 12th March we are running a course of six classes introducing Pilates. Pilates is superb for performance, cross training, fitness & rehabilitation. It conditions your entire body & improves balance & co-ordination. It builds full-body strength, conditions core and improves back muscles. Mat based training.
