Everyday, life can move out of balance for any of us. Pressures from work, family, friends, financial problems, injuries... they can take their toll on how we approach every day and feel about ourselves. Through every type of pressure something that can help to keep mind and body focussed and on track, is looking after yourself physically, which then helps mentally. 

I've been keeping fit all my life from when I was at school until the present. After 30 years I can honestly say that much of my strength has come from keeping active, looking after myself and balancing my physical wellbeing with my mental pressures. I have a very hectic lifestyle, long hours and several jobs and without working out every week I would go crazy.

RE-BA Fitness is a totally unique health studio. It's a friendly, small, boutique fitness environment that can help bring wellness through Pilates, fitness classes and PT, better nutrition and massage therapies.

RE-BA works out with you what is going to help you find the right path to a better health plan. We offer support on site and off-site whenever we're needed. We offer training suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness levels.

Pilates is our specialist area and we have had so many clients that have found a better sense of mental and physical wellbeing through regular attendance. Pilates health benefits are endless. Pilates is not just a form of exercise suitable for women, so many men have found it a challenging and rewarding physical journey.
