At long last..our first blog
At long last we are writing our first blog post. We hope this is the start of many more that you'll enjoy reading & visiting.
We pride ourselves on teaching first and the last few years has been dedicated to training our loyal clients but now we want to share this experience & advise with everyone.
We are a small team with a wealth of knowledge specialising in Pilates classes, one to one training and rehabilitation. Our small group Pilates and fitness class environment and tailor made programmes give our clients the opportunity to develop effective wellness skills utilising our better teaching practices. We have seen our members transform mentally, physically and emotionally.
Health and fitness has always been part of our lives and we think the best way to get and stay fit is to adopt wellness skills and a fitness routine for life that helps mental, physical and dietary improvement.
We might be a small studio and team however fitness opportunities here are vast. We run weekly classes for Pilates and fitness totally unique to us. No one class is ever the same. You will be constantly challenged and never bored.
